Jordan Retro 11 "Concord" Shoebox Revealed

The last few years, the Jordan Retro 11 release has been unlike any other release and is arguably the most awaited release every year. This year is no different with even more hype. The "SpaceJam" box started the re-retro series off with a special box, top, and shoes trees which followed with the "Cool Grey's". The "Concord" box has taken it to another level with a two-tone box, concord top and shoetrees. Another instant classic in my opinion. How do you feel about the "Concord" shoebox?

The Jordan Retro 4 to some is arguably the best sneaker of all time. Well 2012 will be there year of the Retro 4, starting with the White/Black/Cement in February. The Space Jam SB maybe the most sought after SB this year, while the Concord most likely will take the crown as shoe of the year. Very little difference between the 2000 model and the 2011 model such as icy blue sole and jumpman symbol on sole of the shoes. Know I the sneaker world is waiting for these, but what lengths will you go to get them?

Orignial release was set for August 6, 2011. Now it has been moved to August 20, 2011...gives our pockets sometime to recover from the Space Jam SB and Ray Allen 13's...whew!

Space Jam SB Release Recap at Elite Board Shop

July 23, 2011 was stamped by many as a day when some of the rarest releases happen. One of these releases being the Nike SB Dunk Low Space Jam. Well we were there, at Elite Boardshop, as one of the 25 people to get a pair. This release sprang alot of different sneaker heads to the event, from you usual skateboards and heat seekers, but as well as first time SB owners and Jordan fanatics. It took dedication and timing to be the first in line as a mobb of vehicles and campers gazed at the mall doors until security cleared us to go in then all hell broke loose, simliar to the actual Space Jam release. Jordan, Bird, and Magic to make the NBA 2K12 cover

Micheal Jordan, Larry Bird, and Magic Johnson will be featured on three different covers for NBA 2K12. Look for "NBA 2K12" to hit stores Oct. 4, 2011 (whether there's a real season or not), for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, Wii, PSP and Windows PC.
